摘　　要：目前在新疆地区信息技术双语教育资源匮乏,仅通过远程手段难以继续学习。该文主要介绍了使培训教师所学的教学方法进行巩固的必要性;同时描述加强双语教育资源检索应用服务平台建设;提出小学信息技术双语教学资源建设内容和手段、模式;陈述双语信息技术远程教学共享服务平台建设内容、知识库建设、双语教学资源存储、管理等内容和远程双语教学平台应用、推广建议。The current bilingual education in xinjiang region information technology resources, only through the remote method isdifficult to continue to learn.
