卫生学校女生疏离感相关因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨护理专业女生的疏离感状况和相关因素。[方法]采用青少年疏离感量表对某卫生学校468名护理专业女生进行问卷调查。[结果]卫生学校女生疏离感存在年级差异,且与生活事件、领悟社会支持、一般自我效能感有相关关系;多元回归分析显示,年级、人际关系因子、受惩罚因子、家庭外支持和一般自我效能感进入回归方程(R2=0.496)。[结论]卫校女生的社会支持状况及自我效能感对其疏离感具有一定程度预测作用。Objective：To probe into the status of sense of alienation of nursing girl students and its related fac-tors.Methods：A total of 468 nursing girl students in a health school received the questionnaire survey by using adolescent alienation amount related factors questionnaire.Results：There was difference in sense of alienation of girl students in health schools among different grades.It was related to the life events,perceived social support and general self efficacy.Multiple regression analysis showed that grade,interpersonal relationship factor,pun-ished factors,social support and general self efficacy had entered into the regression equation（R 2 =0.496 ）. Conclusion：The girl students’social support and self efficacy in health schools can predict their alienation in a certain degree.
