摘　　要：本文对抛物线y2=2px(p>0)的内切伴随圆族进行了研究,得到了该内切伴随圆族的方程和性质。This paper researches the family inscribed concomitant circle of parabola y2= 2px（ p 〉 0）,and get the equation and nature on the family of inscribed concomitant circle.
