摘 要:幼儿教师专业发展,是指幼儿教师在整个职业生涯中不断成长、不断接受新知识、提高专业能力与水平的活动与过程。在影响幼儿教师专业发展的诸多外在因素中,园长及其管理理念与水平尤为重要。园长是幼儿教师专业发展的规划者、指导者、促进者、环境与条件的创设者。园长在幼儿教师专业发展中职责有五:制定教师专业发展规划,引导教师和谐发展;创设教师发展文化环境,促进教师健康发展;做好教师专业发展培训,指导教师科学发展;开展教学园本行动研究,指导教师工作中发展;拓展教师专业发展路径,帮助教师有效发展。Kindergarten teacher's professional development is an activity as well as a process during which the teachers can continuously absorb new ideas and enhance professional capabilities throughout the career. Among the extrinsic factors which influ- ence the kindergarten teacher' s professional development, preschool principle with his or her management idea and control level is of great importance. Preschool principle is a planner, an instructor, a promoter as well as a creator of environment and conditions. The re- sponsibilies of preschool principle in kindergarten teacher' s professional development are as follows : make planning of teachers' pro- fessional development to lead teachers' harmonious development; create the cultural environment of teachers' development to im- prove teachers' healthy development; arrange training activities of teachers' professional development to instruct teachers ' scientific development; carry on the action research based on kindergarten' s teaching activity to instruct teachers' efficient development.
