航天某科研事业单位员工激励体系的构建——以北京卫星环境工程研究所为例

摘　　要：如何做好员工激励是任何一个组织都需面临的问题,本文以北京卫星环境工程研究所为例,阐述了该军工企业集团下属科研事业单位所构建的员工激励体系,包括文化激励、发展激励、绩效激励、荣誉激励四个方面,通过介绍其激励体系构建的背景、理念、特色、做法,对同类型单位构建员工激励体系有一定的借鉴意义。Employee motivation is a common issue for every organization. This article takes Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering （BISEE）, a scientific research institution ,subordinated by military enterprise group for example, stating the establishment of employee motivation system, which ineludes culture motivation, development motivation, performance motivation and honor motivation. By presenting the baekgroud, concept,features and methods for building the system, this article can sever as a reference for counterpart when encountering the similar topic.
