摘　　要：中层干部是科研事业单位中非常重要的管理力量,如何做好这支队伍的选拔、培养、使用,使其发挥出最佳能力,是任何一个单位都要面临的重要问题。本文介绍了北京卫星环境工程研究所中层干部领导力模型开发与应用的案例,阐述了领导力模型构建的基本原理、主要过程,以及主要内容,并从培训、测评等方面介绍了模型的主要应用方式,该案例对于如何做好科研事业单位干部领导力的提升具有借鉴意义。AMidele-level managers play very important role for scientific research institutions. The selection, training and management of these managers are key issues for every organization. This article introduces the development and application of middle-level mangers leadership model of Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering（BISEE）, explainging the baeic concept, main process and contents of the leadership model. It also states the application method through trainigng and accessment, two specific fields. This article can provide as a reference regarding the managers leadership promotion for scientific research institutions.
