摘  要:提高有氧耐力训练水平是各国军队共同关注和亟待解决的问题,也是当前我军体能训练的重难点之一。在多年教学训练实践的基础上,探索出"动机引导,激发自觉;集体带动,全面提升;改进呼吸,抓住重点;及时反馈,科学调控;注重恢复,避免疲劳"的训练模式,在实际组训过程中取得了显著效果。Improvement on aerobic endurance training are concerned and being expected to be settled by the air forces all over the world,and it is also the key and difficult point in physical training for the Chinese Air Force. Therefore,we have explored the training modes of motivation- guided,inspire self- conscious,collective drive,complete promotion improving breath,emphasis on key point,timely feedback,training cadets with scientific methods and ideas,emphasis on recovering and avoid fatigue,and we have made a lot of progress in practice by these modes.
