摘 要:为研究离子交换树脂对蔗汁的脱色性能,以D296、D201、D301R这3种大孔阴离子交换树脂为材料,通过静态试验和动态试验比较不同树脂的脱色性能。结果表明,不同型号离子交换树脂脱色性能差异较大,在试验条件下,静态脱色16 min,D296、D201、D301R树脂脱色率分别为88.3%、80.9%、93.0%,D301R树脂脱色容量和脱色速率明显优于D296和D201,对蔗汁具有较好的脱色效果。Static test and dynamic test were taken to study the decoloration property of different resins for cane juice with 3 kinds of macroporous anion exchange resin (D296, D201, and D301R) The results showed that there were big differences between 3 kinds of macroporous anion exchange resin. The decolourization ratio of D296, D201, and D301R were 88.3%, 280.9% and 93.0% in 16 min. Resin of D301R who has good effect for cane juice decolorization was significantly outperformed D296 and D201 in decoloring capacity and decoloration efficiency.
