现代职业教育体系视野下高职院校青年教师培育

摘　　要：当前,高职教育青年师资队伍建设中存在的若干问题,很大一部分是由于高职院校缺乏办学自主权导致的。以建设现代职业教育体系为契机,扩大高职院校办学自主权,使高职院校可以自由的引进技术人才,建立更加灵活的人才考核和进修制度,进一步改善青年教师的待遇,完善选人、用人、育人和留人机制,构建具有高职特色的教师培育体系。Some problems on the construction of young teaching staff at higher vocational schools are caused by the deficiency of autonomy in college running. Focusing on constructing a modern vocational education system ,the pa-per proposes a series of measures to improve the efficient teaching staff development system at higher vocational col-leges, including introducing technical talents freely, more flexible evaluation and advanced studies of the staffs and better payment for young teachers etc.
