信息安全专业研究生创新人才培养模式的改革与实践

摘　　要：本文就我校信息安全专业研究生创新人才培养模式的改革与实践进行了深入的研究与探讨。围绕着学生"成长、成才和成功"为目标,制定和构建了以"能力中心"为导向的人才培养标准、人才培养方案和课程体系;从信息安全专业研究生的课程群和特色课程建设、教学内容、教学方法的创新及授课方式的改革、课程考核方式的创新、师资队伍建设和"政产学研"合作等入手,深入分析研究了我校信息安全专业研究生创新人才培养模式的改革与建设情况,这对于信息安全专业研究生创新人才的培养具有一定的指导作用。In this paper, the reform and practice of innovative personnel training mode is conducted in-depth study and discussion in CUIT（Chengdu University of Information Technology）. Around the ＂growth, talent and success＂ of students as the goal, the training standards, training plan and curriculum system of personnel training are devel- oped and constructed. From the course group of information security professional graduate, the construction of spe- ciahy courses, the teaching content of courses, the innovation and reform of teaching methods, the innovation of cur- riculum evaluation mode, the construction of teaching team and the cooperation of “political-industrialization-earning- research” of information security postgraduate students, the reform and construction of innovation personnel training is conducted in-depth study and discussion, which will make some effects on the innovative information security per- sonnel training.
