摘 要:创造性叛逆一直是翻译中的一个颇具争议的话题。而翻译中的译介学研究则从一个新的角度重新审视这一命题。它认为创造性叛逆是文学翻译中的客观存在,它反映了在翻译过程中源语文化和译入语文化的相互接受和排斥,它赋予作品一个崭新的面貌,并因此促进文学作品在译入国的传播和接受。本文拟以译介学为理论指导,对斯奈德译寒山诗文本选择过程中的创造性叛逆进行分析,以此揭示这一现象背后的文化成因,并探讨它在寒山诗传播、接受、影响过程中的重要意义。The creative -treason has always been a disputable topic in translation studies. However, the Medio- Translatology examines this issue from a new perspective, considering it as an objective existence in the process of literary translation which reveals the exchange and collision between the two different cultures behind the two languages involved in the translation. Creative treason gives the source text a new look, thus makes it easier to be spread and accepted in the target - language country. Guided by this theory, this paper analyzes Snyder' s Creative Treason in his translation of The Cold Mountain Poems and the cultural reason behind it, tries to discuss its significance in the spreading, accepting and influence of Cold Mountain Poems in America.
