地方本科院校开展校内审核评估的实践和探索——以嘉应学院为例

摘　　要：为迎接教育部审核评估,嘉应学院开展了校内审核评估。实施要点包括:顶层设计,全员参与迎评是关键;理解内涵,把握审核范围是前提;找准定位,确立培养目标是重点;自评自建,规范教学管理是基础;凝练特色,强化育人优势是追求;直面问题,积极应对不足是难点;严明纪律,营造良好氛围是保障;整改检查,重在建设求发展是根本。校内审核评估是高校构建教学质量长效保障机制的有效办法,对于深化教育改革,促进学校内涵式发展具有重要意义。In order to meet the assessment and evaluation of the Ministry of education,Jiaying University carried out the school audit assessment. Implementing the main points included： top-level design,full participation meet the assessment is the key; understanding the connotation,is the premise to grasp the scope of the audit; identifing the location,and establishing training objectives is the key; self-evaluation and self construction,standardizing the management of teaching is the base; condensing characteristics,strengthening the advantage of educating people is the pursuit of; Facing the problem,positive response inadequate is difficult; strict discipline,and creating a good atmosphere is the guarantee; rectification inspectors,focusing on construction for development is fundamental. School audit assessment is an effective way for the construction of teaching quality guarantee system in Colleges and universities. It has important significance for deepening educational reform and promoting the development of the school connotation.
