技术连锁董事能促进技术创新吗——来自A股制造业上市公司的证据

摘　　要：技术创新是企业核心竞争力的主要来源,技术连锁董事具有技术创新偏好,掌握技术社会资本,是企业技术创新的重要动力,但技术连锁董事的技术创新效应没有得到应有的关注。从技术创新动力和技术创新能力的角度,分析技术连锁董事对企业技术创新的作用,进而以2012、2011年A股制造业上市公司为样本,进行经验研究。实证结果表明:(1)技术连锁董事促进企业技术创新;(2)技术连锁董事在国有控股公司中发挥更大的技术创新作用;(3)独立技术连锁董事的技术创新效应大于执行技术连锁董事的技术创新效应。研究率先考察了技术连锁董事及其技术创新效应,为企业的技术创新行为和连锁董事选聘提供了重要的决策依据。Technology innovation is a main resource for core competitiveness of enterprises. Technology interlocking directorates should promote technology innovation as their preference for technology innovation and technology resources, but technology interlocking directorates＇ effects on technology innovation aren＇ t focused on. From the perspective of impetus and abilities of technology innovation, this paper first analyses effects of technology interlocking directorates on technology innovation, then makes empirical test by using data from listed manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2012 in China. Empirical results show （1） technology interlocking directorates can promote technology innovation; （2） effects of technology interlocking directorates on technology innovation are stronger in state - owned companies than in other companies ; （ 3 ） effects of independent technology interlocking directorates on technology innovation are stronger than that of executive technology interlocking directorates. We first explore technology interlocking directorates and their effects on technology innovation, and our results can provide an important basis for decision making about technology innovation and selecting of technology interlocking directorates.
