摘　　要：对当代医学人文精神及传统文化精神内涵进行了深入阐释,提出医学人文精神和传统文化精神的核心内容都是对"人"的观照,当代医学人文精神借鉴、吸收了传统文化的精髓,并得到启迪和支撑,对传统医学文化精神予以凝练和升华。在此基础上,提出通过建立健全传统文化教育体系促进当代医学生人文精神培养的有效途径,即调整课程内容结构,充分发挥课堂阵地作用;提升教师综合素质,充分发挥教师引领作用;加强医院文化建设,充分发挥文化育人作用,以期为新时期提高医学人才培养质量提供一定的借鉴和参考。This article not only makes a deep interpretation about modern medical humanistic spirit and traditional culture spirit, but also puts forward that the core contents of medical humanistic spirit and traditional culture spirit are concerned about the people. The humanistic spirit of modern medicine gets its inspirations and supports by absorbing the essence of the traditional culture. It is also the concision and sublimation of the spirit of the traditional medicine culture. Furthermore, the authors propose that, on the establishment of the traditional culture education system, there are some effective ways to cultivate medical students＇ humanistic spirit, such as adjusting curriculum and integrating teaching contents with different classes; improving teachers＇ leadership and their competence; strengthening the culture construction of hospital, and fully playing the role of cultural education, in order to improve the quality of medical talents in the new period.
