摘 要:城市中修建过江隧道通常要穿越两岸防洪大堤,盾构的掘进势必会扰动大堤下卧地层,引起地层位移,以往工程实例研究显示,大堤沉降比普通地表沉降要大很多,而不均匀沉降过大将导致大堤开裂,威胁到大堤的稳定性与安全性。本文基于长沙市南湖路湘江隧道工程实例,对大直径泥水盾构斜下穿湘江西岸防洪大堤过程中,大堤超载、偏压以及大堤下卧饱和粉细砂地层引起的施工风险进行分析,同时提出大直径泥水盾构斜下穿大堤时泥水压力、顶推力参数设置和饱和粉细砂地层中掘进速度控制的相关措施。It is inevitable for the slurry shield to under-pass the embankment in building under-river tunnels in cities,during shield excavation there is probably disturbance to the underlying stratum to induce ground settlements. According to the previous engineering examples,the ground uneven settlement of embankment is much higher than that of ordinary ground surface,which can cause embankment cracking and threaten its stability and security. Based on the case of Changsha Xiangjiang tunnel at South Lake Road,Changsha City,the construction risks in the process of large diameter slurry shield under-passing the west embankment of Xiangjiang River are analyzed,such as the risk caused by the embankment overload,eccentric load and saturated fine silty sand stratum. Meanwhile,related measures on slurry pressure,pushing force and excavating speed in saturated fine silty sand strata for large diameter slurry shield under-passing embankment are put forward.
