Static Contact Analysis of Matching Relationship of Metro Vehicle Wheel and Rail Profiles Under Different Rail Cant Conditions

摘  要:为研究我国地铁车辆常用的LM、S1002和DIN5573型面与60kg/m(CHN60)钢轨在不同轨底坡下的轮轨匹配关系,利用轮轨接触几何关系和轮轨非赫兹滚动接触理论,分析轨底坡对轮轨接触几何参数和轮轨接触力学特性的影响,从静力学分析的角度提出地铁车轮型面的最优轨底坡匹配.计算结果表明:1/20轨底坡下LM型面最大接触压力、等效应力和剪切应力等参数远小于现行的1/40轨底坡,直线段最优轨底坡为1/20,曲线段采用1/40轨底坡利于车辆的曲线通过,降低轮轨磨耗;S1002型面最大接触压力、等效应力和剪切应力等参数随轨底坡的减小而减小,轨底坡为1/40时轮轨型面匹配较优;DIN5573型面在轨底坡小于1/25时轨底坡对轮轨接触特性的影响较小,轨底坡在1/40-1/30范围内轮轨型面匹配较优.To investigate the wheel-rail matching relationship between LM,S1002 and DIN5573 wheel profiles, which are mainly used in metro vehicles in China,and profile of 60 kg/m (CHN60)rail under different rail cant conditions,wheel-rail contact geometry relationship and wheel-rail non-Herzian rolling contact theory were used to analyze the effect of rail cant on wheel-rail contact geometry parameters and characteristics of wheel-rail con-tact mechanics to determine the optimum rail cant in order to match metro vehicle wheel profiles based on static contact analysis.The calculation results showed that the maximum contact pressure,equivalent stress and shear stress of LM wheel profile under the condition of rail cant of 1/20 were smaller than those under the rail cant of 1/40 currently used in China.For LM wheel profile,1/20 was the optimal rail cant for tangent tracks, while the rail cant of 1/40 was better for curve negotiating and for reducing wheel-rail wear.The maximum contact pressure,equivalent stress and shear stress of S1002 wheel profile decreased with the decrease of rail cant.The optimal matching of wheel-rail profiles was achieved when rail cant was 1/40 for S1002.For DIN5573 wheel profile,the rail cant had less influence on wheel-rail contact characteristics when it was smaller than 1/25.The rail cant ranging from 1/40 to 1/30 was optimal for wheel-rail profile matching.
