摘 要:校企合作成为高等教育培养应用型技术人才的重要途径,结合专业开展工作过程导向的职业标准解析与重构是校企互补合作的共赢选择。在进行工作过程导向的职业标准解析与重构中应当根据企业实际做到岗位目标明确、工作过程清晰、操作流程规范、标准解析到位,再结合企业相关管理制度,通过工作职责、技能要求、考核评定等多项指标进行重构,形成工作过程导向的面向岗位群的职业标准体系。该体系能指导工作过程导向的课程体系建设和课程开发,具有较高的教学研究和应用价值。Cooperation between schools and enterprises in colleges became an important way to train application-oriented talents,combining professional occupational standards with work process-oriented analysis and restructuring is a win-win choice of complementary cooperation between schools and enterprises. During the work process-oriented professional standards analysis and reconstruction,vocational education should be based on the the actual situation of the enterprise, and attach importance to definite objectives, clear working process,normal operational procedures and correct standards analysis,combined with the related management systems of the enterprise, through work duties, and skills requirements, and performance appraisal to reframe, and form work process-oriented post group of standard career system. This system can guide the construction of course system of process-oriented and course development,which is valuable in teaching and research as well as application.
