深空探测用高压特种电源技术研究

摘　　要：在深空探测领域中,需要为雷达等特种设备提供高压输出的特种电源。深空探测用高压特种电源属于新领域研发,并且具有高真空超低温等苛刻环境。针对高压特种电源须满足启动过冲小于1%的严格要求和深空探测环境下高压输出放电等难题,经过不断地改进技术方案和工艺方案,保证电源在低气压、真空环境下的可靠工作。并且通过航天器深空探测应用验证,圆满的完成了深空探测用雷达的高压供电任务。为后续深空探测特种设备用超高压电源提供了技术支持。In deep space detection,the special DC/DC high-voltage convenor is demanded for the power supply of special equipment,for example radar.The special DC/DC convenor of high-voltage about deep space detector belongs to the study of new domain with the rigorous condition of the entire vacuum and extremely-low temperature.About the rigorous demand of the less than 1% over shoot and the problem of the discharge to highvoltage output in deep space detector,the design and technics scheme of high-voltage special DC/DC converter is continuously improved to ensure the reliable operation of the DC/DC converter in the condition of low air pressure and vacuum.Besides,the deep space detector is successfully validated to complete the high-voltage supply task of deep space detection.The technical guarantee is provided for the use of DC/DC convertor of extra-high-voltage of special equipment in the next deep space detector.
