摘　　要：通过宝鸡文理学院与陕西华西制药股份有限公司共建实习基地的探索与经验总结,我院深切体会到校企共建实习基地,是更新人才培养机制与人才培养模式、推进教学内容和教学方式改革深化、改善学生实习条件、提高教学质量的有效途径。校企共建实习基地的形式与内容要多样化,要努力服务于地方企业的技术和管理创新,为增强企业竞争力发挥积极作用,以求互惠双赢,共同发展。The experience and exploration of establishing practice bases jointly by Baoji University of Arts and Sciences and Shanxi Huaxi Pharmaceutical Corp. , Ltd. prove that the cooperation between school and enterprise is an effective way to renew the scheme and mode of talent development, promote the deep reform of contents and mode in education, improve the condition of students＇ practice, and enhance the quality of teaching. The cooperation should be diverse in forms and contents, and serve the local enter prises＇ technology and management innovation, playing an active role in strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprises to achieve mutual benefit and development
