导师制成功案例对提高化学化工类专业兴趣的启示

摘　　要：本文通过对两例导师制成功案例的分析,希望能为院系实行导师制提供启示和方法。导师制的实行有利于学生提高专业兴趣,合理规划专业方向。导师制的成功实行与指导教师的个人素质有密切关系,它是目前高校班主任制度的一个有力补充,能使学生和教师双方均获得较为满意的结果。Abstract： Based on analysis on two successful cases of tutorial system, hoping to provide enlightenment and methods for the faculty. Tutorial system make students improve their professional interest and plan their occupation road appropriately. The successful implement of tutorial system is a substantial supple-mentary to class teacher institution and get satisfactory result both to students and to tutor, where tutorplay a vital role.
