摘　　要：老子作为中国哲学代表性的人物之一,其思想深深体现着中国哲学的基本特质——生命智慧之学,即对人的关怀,对人的生存意义以及整个生命活动的终极旨归的哲学观照与探思。《道德经》五千言的主旨就在于从道的终极层面去认识生命、理解生命,以"生命"作为哲学的出发点,对生命的产生、生命的内涵、生命的价值、生命的存在方式和理想状态以及生命的修养方法等进行多方面、多层次的探索和论证,体现出了"生命本位""内向主体""自然关怀""天人合一"等显著特点,凸显了老子对于人之生存与其终极意义的独特性关照。As one of the most representative figures of the Chinese philosophy, Master Lao＇s philosophy deeply embodies the basic characteristics of Chinese Philosophy ——the wisdom of life, that is the concern of people and probing into the meaning of human existence and the ultimate purport of the whole life activities. The purpose of Tao Te Ching is to understand the life from the ultimate level. Master Lao took＂life＂as the starting point of his philosophy,and did multi-level exploration and demonstration on the origin of life, the meaning of life, the value of life, the way of existence, the ideal state of life and the cultivation methods of life, reflected the ＂life oriented＂,＂inner subject＂,＂natural care＂,＂harmony between the heaven and human＂and other characteristics, and high lightened Master Lao＇s unique concern for people＇s survival and the ultimate purport.
