摘  要:在汽车用镁合金Mg-3Zn-0.8Er中分别添加合金元素Sr、Y,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试。结果表明:Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Sr由α-Mg相、Mg Zn2相、(Mg,Zn)4Er相和Mg17Sr2相组成,Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Y则由α-Mg相、Mg Zn2相、(Mg,Zn)4Er相、Mg3Y2Zn3相和Mg12YZn相组成。与商用AZ31镁合金相比,Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Y的室温抗拉强度较商业AZ31镁合金增加96 MPa,室温伸长率增加6.3%,盐雾腐蚀100h后的质量损失率下降6.3%。Alloying elements Sr, Y were added into magnesium alloy Mg-3Zn-0.8Er used in car, respectively. The microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy were carried out. The results show that Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Sr magnesium alloy is made of α-Mg, MgZn: phase and Mg (Mg,Zn)4Er and Mg17Sr2 phase composition. Mg-3Zn-Er-0.2Y is composed of α-Mg phase, MgZn2 phase, (Mg, Zn)4Er phase, Mg3Y2Zn3 and Mg12YZn phase composition. The room temperature tensile strength of Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Y is higher than that of 96 MPa compared with commercial AZ31 alloy. The room temperature elongation of Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Y increased by 6.3% compared with commercial AZ31 alloy elongation. The mass loss rate of Mg-3Zn-0.8Er-0.2Y after salt fog corrosioning for 100 h decreases by 6.3% compared with commercial AZ31 alloy.
