摘 要:目的调查本地腹泻病人中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的感染现状,开展小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的病原学研究,为制定相应的防治对策提供科学依据。方法参照中国CDC编《小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的分离与鉴定手册》制定的检验程序,开展腹泻病人标本病原检测和微生物学研究。结果 2 193份腹泻病人标本中检出小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌40株。毒力基因检测其中O3型菌株的基因分布为ail+、yst A+、yad A+、vir F+、yst B-;PFGE分子分型显示腹泻病人和宿主动物的O3型菌株相似度为96.0%~100.0%。结论本地腹泻病人标本中检出了小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,冬春季该菌的阳性检出率显著升高;O3型菌株均携带有上述毒力基因,具有典型的致病性特征;PFGE分子分型检测表明腹泻病人O3型菌株感染与宿主动物之间有密切的内在联系。Objective To investigate local infection status of Yersinia enterocolitica isolated from colonitis of small and medium intestine in patients with diarrhea,study on the pathogen of Yersinia enterocolitica and provide the scientific basis for making the relevant control measures. Methods Referring to the test procedure developed by China CDC series Isolation and Identification of Yersinia enterocolitica Manual,the pathogenic detection and microbiology of the specimens of diarrhea patients were studied.Results 40 strains Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated from 2 193 diarrhea patient specimens. Virulence gene distribution of type O3 was ail +,yst A +,yad A +,vir F +,yst B-. PFGE molecular typing showed that the similarity between the O3 type strain and the host animal was 96. 0%- 100. 0%. Conclusion Yersinia enterocolitica in colonitis of small intestine was detected in local diarrhea patients,and the positive detection rate of the bacteria was significantly higher in winter and spring; O3 type strains carrying the virulence genes has the typical characteristics of pathogenicity; PFGE molecular typing shows a close relationship between O3 strains infection and the host animal.
