摘  要:高校和社会捐赠主体是高校社会捐赠系统机制形成的两个不可或缺的重要因素,二者之间互依互惠、合作共赢关系决定了高校社会捐赠系统机制的良性运行。通过对美国高校与社会捐赠主体关系发展的历史演进及捐赠情况考察,分析高校与社会捐赠各主体间互依互惠、合作共赢关系形成与发展的影响因素。并从中获得启示和借鉴:中国高校要强化教育功能,增强对社会捐赠主体的吸引力;高校要强化募捐功能,密切与捐赠主体的关系;强化高校社会捐赠生态环境建设,促进高校与捐赠主体关系持续发展;推动高校社会捐赠系统机制良性循环。Higher education institutions and social donors are two basic elements in the formation of col lege social donation systematic mechanism. They obtain mutual benefit and win-win cooperation; deter- mine benign operation of this mechanism. This essay makes a brief review of the history on American higher education and their social donors, investigates their donation facts, analyzes some factors that may form and promote this relationship. This essay raises some inspirations. Chinese higher education institutions should enhance their education function, and attract more social donors; construct fund-rai- sing function, and intensify the relationship of the donors; build social donation eco-system, and pro- mote the positive relationship between colleges and social donors in order to set a virtuous cycle in social donation systematic mechanism.
