摘　　要：企业的成长是促进我国经济发展的中坚力量,其可持续发展能力大小直接关系到整个国民经济发展水平的高低。从企业成长能力的内涵出发,分析了影响企业成长能力的相关因素,建立了企业成长能力评价指标体系,并结合BP神经网络方法进行了实证研究,这对于准确评估我国企业发展水平,进一步提高其竞争实力具有重要意义。The enterprise is the hard core in the development of Chinese economic. The status of the sus- tainable development ability is directly related to the development of the whole national economy. This paper begins from connotation of enterprise growth ability, analyzes the factors influencing the growth ability of enterprise, establishes the evaluation index system for growth ability of the enterprises, and makes empirical analysis based on back propagation method. It has the important significance in evalua- ting the level of development of industrial enterprises accurately in our country and further improves its competitive strength.
