摘　　要：社会组织顺应广西社会经济的发展,以社会团体、基金会、民办非企业单位等形式参与了当地的职业教育,并形成了校企合作、独立法人、企业内设培训机构等多种模式。同时也面临社会认知偏见、国家扶持不足和民办教育机构自身的组织建设不足等困境,需要从国家政策扶持、社会环境营造和组织自身能力提升等方面给予帮助。Conforming to social and economic development of Guangxi, social organizations such as social groups, foundations and people-run non-enterprise units have taken part in the local vocational education through school-enterprise cooperation, independent legal entity and training bodies run by enterprises. At the same time, they face problems such as social cognitive bias, insufficient support from the State and unsatisfactory organization and construction of private educational institutions which need to be solved with the support of the State policy, social environment and social organizations.
