摘  要:试验采用2,4-二硝基酚分光光度法测定山楂片中还原糖含量。确定了最佳测定条件:最佳波长:479nm,显色剂用量为2.2mL,显色时间为7min,显色温度为:94cC。同时,测得回归方程为:y=0.6860x+0.1740,R2=0.997,线性关系良好,在最佳条件下测定所购买的山楂片中还原糖的含量为36.59mg/g,方法的检出限0.0013,回收率在93.6%-117.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)≤6.3%。该法简便快捷,较适合于常规生产中测定山楂片还原糖含量。The experiment adopted 2, 4-dinitrophenol spectrophotometry to determinate the reducing sugar content in Hawthorn piece. The optimum determination conditions were as follows: The optimum wavelength was 470 nm. The volume of chromogenic agent 2.2 mL, The time of color reaction is 7 min, The time of color reaction is 94 ~. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the regression equation was y=0.686 0x+0.174 0 with a correlation coefficient for 0.997. The content of reducing sugar in Haw Flakes was 36.59 mg/g, detection limit was 0.001 3, recovery rate were between 93.6%~117.1% and relative standard deviation (n=6) was not more than 6.3% under the optimal conditions. These showed that the method was simple, fast and undisturbed. The method could be used to determinate the reducing sugar content of Hawthorn piece in routine production.
