溴酸钾氧化固绿催化光度法测定微量没食子酸丙酯

摘　　要：在酸性条件下,没食子酸丙酯（PG）对KBr O3氧化固绿褪色反应具有明显的催化作用,据此建立了催化光度法测定痕量没食子酸丙酯的方法。在最优的试验条件下,方法的线性范围为6.67×10-5～1.67×10-3mg/m L,回归方程为ΔA625 nm=226.71ρ＋0.0904,相关系数为0.9967,检出限为2.9×10-5mg/m L。方法应用于巧克力糖和饼干中PG的测定,测定结果的RSD为3.4%,回收率为96.6%～102.8%。In acid medium, propylgallate （PG） exhibits obvious catalytic activity for the oxidation of fast green with KBrO3. Based on this property, a catalytic spectrophotometry method for determination of trace propygallate was established. In the optical experimental conditions, in the linearity range of 6.67 × 10-5 ～ 1.67 × 10-3 mg/mL, the regression equation is ΔA625 nm = 226. 7119 ＋ 0. 0904, with correlation coefficient of 0. 9967 and LOD of 2.9 × 10-5mg/mL. For the determination of PG in chocolate candy and cookies, this method presented RSD of 3.4% and recovery of 96.6% ～ 102.8%.
