摘　　要：高校功能延伸到社会服务,使产学合作成为推动经济和整个社会发展的一种最强劲的动力。通过对美国社区学院与我国高等职业教育产学合作机制方面的比较与分析,找出我国高等职业教育产学合作机制中存在的问题并提出对策。With the extension of college function to the social service, industry - academy cooperation tins become one of the most powerful driving forces for economic and social development. By comparison and analysis between the American community college and our country＇ s higher vocational education based on the industry - academic cooperation mechanisms,problems which exist in our country＇ s higher vocational education and countermeasures will be found.
