摘  要:目前在新建本科院校应用技术型师资队伍转型过程中仍然面临诸多困惑,处于探索之中。应紧密结合学校办学定位和发展战略目标,在途径选择上,建立科学有效、独具特色、执行力强的实施体系,打造一支人员精干、素质优良、结构合理、专兼职结合的"双师型"教师队伍,才能真正实现应用技术型师资队伍的转型,有力推进学校的转型发展。During the process of present transformation of applied technology-oriented teachers, newly founded colleges and universities are confronted with a lot of confusion and making great effort to deal with it. With regard to which way to choose, scientific, effective, and unique operation systems with efficient implementation could be established and reasonably structured teams are made up of intelligent and professional double-professional-titled teachers , combined with principles and strategic goals of colleges and universities. Consequently, the transformation of applied technology-oriented teachers could be achieved to improve the transformation development of colleges and universities.
