博士研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式探析——基于北航高博班的调查分析

摘　　要：当前国际竞争对拔尖创新人才迫切需求的背景下,博士研究生培养模式的改革亟待进行。北航高等工程学院博士生班以培养拔尖创新人才为理念,对博士研究生的培养模式进行了尝试与改革。培养拔尖创新人才要从生源输入严把质量关,培养过程强调课程建设、资助服务与组织氛围的协调统一,并通过学生输出过程形成及时反馈。The top-notch innovative talents are urgent needed in the current international competition,and the pattern of the talents training for Ph.D. students should be improved pressingly. Beihang higher engineering college Ph.D. project considers training the top-notch innovative talents as the idea, and is trying to develop the pattern of the talents training. For training the top-notch innovative talents, it must to select the qualified students in the input process, and coordinate the curriculum, student-supporting and the academic atmosphere in the training process, and form the feedback in the output process.
