摘　　要："赛教融合"的人才培养模式是对传统人才培养模式的改革和创新,其"必须、够用"的教学内容、"能力本位"的教学理念和多元化、立体化的教学评价方法都撼动原有的培养模式。在高职商务英语专业实行"赛教融合"的人才培养模式中,需以开展一系列的职业技能大赛为具体路径,同时注重目标定位、课程体系、师资队伍建设和实训基地创建等核心要素的建设,从而全面提高学生的职业能力和职业素养。＂ Competition and teaching blending＂ talent cultivation mode is a reform and innova- tion of traditional mode. By constructing ＂necessity and sufficiency＂ teaching content, ＂compe- tency-based＂ teaching idea and multi-dimensional teaching methods, this mode shakes the original one. In Business English specialty, applying the ＂competition and teaching blending＂ talent cultivation mode needs to launch a set of vocational skills contests. Meanwhile, it is essential to pay attention to the construction of target orientation, curriculum system, teaching staff construction and practice base construction etc, so as to improve the students~ overall professional ability and quality.
