摘　　要：本文以Y省为例,对该省12所高校进行了抽样问卷调查,了解大学生对大学教学质量及教学服务现状的满意度,并根据调研结果提出相应对策。Illustrated by the case of Y province,the authors of this essay have made a sample survey on 12 colleges and universities of the province,learn about students＇ satisfaction degree of teaching quality and teaching service of colleges and universities,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the investigation results.
