摘　　要：本研究以大学教师课程与教学发展现状调查分析为主要任务,通过教师问卷调查、教师笔谈与教师教学观察三个角度实证了教师课程与教学发展现状。调查表明:目前教师的自我发展认同度较高,能理性认识课程与教学中的相关问题,说明教师课程与教学发展正在从自在走向自觉;教师在教育实践中能秉持现代与后现代相融合的课程与教学理念;国家与高校应进一步重视大学教师在课程与教学中发展。The main task of this study is to investigate the present situation of college and university teachers＇ curriculum and teaching development.Through questionnaire survey,teacher＇s writing teaching and teaching observation,the three angles confirm the present situation of the teachers＇ curriculum and teaching development.Survey shows that：at present,the teachers has high self-recognition,know the related issues in curriculum and teaching reasoningly,which can prove that teachers curriculum and instruction development is moving toward consciousness from free;teachers can uphold the modern and postmodern fusion of ideas in the practice of education;the national and universities should pay attention to the development of university teachers in curriculum and teaching.
