摘　　要：[目的]研究金属离子对平菇和杏鲍菇纤维素酶活性的影响。[方法]在以蚕沙、稻壳为基质的平菇和杏鲍菇液体发酵过程中添加0.5 mmol/L的硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锰和硫酸锌,分析这些离子对滤纸酶、Cx酶2种纤维素酶活性的影响。[结果]结果表明在稻壳、蚕沙为基质的培养基中,添加0.5 mmol/L Zn2+和Mn2+有效提高了纤维素酶活性。[结论]该研究为提高蚕沙和稻壳的纤维素利用率提供了新方法。[Objective] The paper was in order to study the effect of ions on the activity of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii cellulase.[Method]After adding 0. 5 mmol/L Fe SO4,Cu SO4,Mn SO4 and Zn SO4 to Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus eryngii liquid submerged cultures,the effects of ions on FPA and Cx enzyme activities under basal culture media contanning silkworm and rice husk were analyzed. [Result]This study showed that adding 0. 5 mmol / L Zn^2 ＋and Mn^2 ＋was beneficial to the improvement of the activities of FPA. [Conclusion] It provided a new way to improve the utilization rate of the silkworm and rice husk.
