特邀党建组织员助力高职学生党建工作的思考

摘　　要：聘请离退休老同志担任特邀党建组织员是加强和改进在大学生中发展党员工作和大学生党支部建设的有效举措。以特邀党建组织员在高职学生党建工作中的特殊作用为出发点,深入分析特邀党建组织员助力高职学生党建工作存在的问题,并结合高职院校的实际情况,提出进一步加强特邀党建组织员助力高职学生党建工作的建议。Inviting the retired teachers to work as the special members of party construction organization is an effective measure to strengthen and improve the development of party members and party construction. Take the specific role of invited retired teacher as the starting point,deeply analyze the problems which are exist in invitingspecial member of party construction organization,combined with the practical situation of higher vocational colleges,thenoffer some suggestions for the further strengthening of the party construct works with the help of invited members.
