摘  要:"协同创新"的政策要求和"新四化"建设特别是县域"新四化"建设的战略实施,对高职教育发展提出了新的命题,也为高职院校寻求服务区域发展的主战场提供了难得的契机。高职院校要围绕这一创新诉求和特色需求,通过"县校协同创新"实现产学研合作创新并以此转变社会服务方式,通过构建联动机制、推进办学模式管理创新、凸显功能优势"三管齐下"的实质性行动,不断提高其县域-区域发展服务能力。The requirements of'collaborative innovation" policy and the implementation of constructing the "New Four Modernizations", offered a precious opportunity for higher vocational colleges serving the regional development. Higher vocational colleges should respond to such demands and take effort to realize the industry, teaching and research cooperative innovation and the transformation of the pattern of offering social services through the county and school collaborative innovation. Also, colleges should take serious actions to continuously promote their ability to serve regional development through the construction of cooperation system, the innovation of school management, and the full use of functional advantages.
