摘 要:目的探讨基质窖蛋白1(Cav-1)、乳酸脱氢酶B(LDH-B)和丙酮酸激酶2(PKM2)在人肺腺癌(PAC)组织中的表达并分析3者的相关性及其临床意义。方法采用量子点免疫荧光组织化学(QDs-IHC)技术检测68例PAC组织和16例非癌性肺组织中基质Cav-1、LDH-B和PKM2的表达情况。结果基质Cav-1在PAC组织的阳性率为58.8%,与非癌变肺组织的阳性率100%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺腺癌组织中LDH-B和PKM2的阳性率分别为76.5%、70.6%,均高于非癌性肺组织(均P<0.05)。PAC中、低分化组PKM2的阳性率均高于高分化组(均P<0.05)。结论基质Cav-1缺失,LDH-B、PKM2的高表达可能促进PAC的恶性进展。Objective To investigate the expression of stromal caveolin-1 (Cav-1), L-lactate dehydrogenase B (LDH-B) and pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2) in pulmonary adenocarcinoma(PAC) tissues. Methods The expression of stromal Cav-1, LDH-B and PKM2 proteins in 68 specimens of PAC and 16 specimens of noncancerous lung tissue with quantum dots immunofluorescent histochemistry(QDs-IHC), Results The positive rates of stromal Cav-1 in PAC tissues and non-cancerous lung tissues were 58.8% and 100.0%(P〈0.05). The positive rates of LDH-B and PKM2 expression in PAC tissues were 76.5% and 70.6%, respectively, which were higher than those in noncancerous lung tissues(P〈0.05). The expression of PKM2 in mid- dle/low-differentiated PAC was higher than that in well-differentiated PAC(P〈0.05). Conclusion The results indicated that stro- real Cav-1 is down-regulated and LDH-B and PKM2 are up-regulated in pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
