多元主体视角下的高校内部质量保障体系研究

摘　　要：20世纪80年代以来,世界各国都十分重视高等教育内部质量保障体系建设,将其视作提升高等教育质量的重要途径。单靠外部的认证和监督无法从根本上提升教育质量,加强内部质量保障才是根本。以人本主义教育哲学为基础,借鉴全面的质量管理的理论与实践,完善内部质量保障机构,彰显教学质量文化,是高校内部质量保障体系建设的必然选择。Since the 1980 s,countries across the world attach great importance to the construction of their guarantee systems for internal quality of higher education,seeing it as the major channel of improving the quality of higher education. With the accelerated pace of the popularization of higher education,people has an increasing awareness that merely depending on the external certification and supervision cannot fundamentally improve its quality,and strengthening the guarantee of internal quality serve as the foundation of ensuring and enhancing its quality. We should,on the basis of educational philosophy of humanism and the theory and practice of comprehensive management,perfect the guarantee system of internal quality and innovate upon the organizational culture of university,which is a must to the construction of internal guarantee system of colleges and universities.
