摘　　要：《建筑力学与结构》包含了土木工程专业的三大力学与建筑结构的重点教学内容,课程中力学原理比较抽象,学生理解过程枯燥复杂,计算繁琐。本文分析《建筑力学与结构》课程的学科优缺点,就怎样提高学生的实际应用能力,改革了本课程教材内容、教学方法并进行实践探索和研究,由此增进土木工程专业学生的学习成果,提高本课程的教学质量。The construction mechanics and stracture contains three major civil engineering mechanics and the focus of the teaching content of building structures, the mechanics principle are abstract, students understand the process is complex, boring tedious calculation. The article analysis the construction mechanics and structure ＂course characteristics and the shortage of professional on how to improve students＂ practical application ability, this course teaching material contents, teaching methods and practice analysis and study of this course reform in order to improve the leaming outcomes for students majoring in civil engineering, enhance the teaching quality of this course.
