摘 要:目的建立畜禽肉中镍含量的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法称取捣碎并混合均匀的样品,采用湿式消解和微波消解2种前处理方法处理样品,在选定的最佳仪器工作条件下,采用硝酸钯-磷酸二氢铵混合溶液为基体改进剂有效消除基体干扰,降低背景吸收,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行测定。结果本法在0.00μg/L^30.0μg/L具有良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为0.80μg/L;采用湿式消解法和微波消解法进行前处理所测得镍含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.31%和3.58%,回收率分别为94.2%~103.0%和96.5%~102.0%。结论 2种前处理方法都具有较好的准确度和精密度,且操作简便、分析速度快、结果准确、适用性强,是较为理想的测定畜禽肉中镍含量的方法。Objective To establish a method for determination of nickel in meats of livestock and poultry by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Weigh the grinding and mixing homogeneous samples,using wet digestion and microwave digestion of 2 pretreatment methods of sample treatment,in selected the best instrument conditions,using palladium nitrate-ammonium hydrogen phosphate two mixed solution as matrix modifier to eliminate the interference of matrix effectively,reduce the background absorption,and detect by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results This method had good linear relationship in the 0. 00 μg / L- 30. 0 μg / L range,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0. 999 6,the detection limit was 0. 80 μg / L; the RSDs for wet digestion and microwave digestion were respectively 4. 31% and 3. 58% with the recovery rates of 94. 2%- 103. 0% and 96. 5%- 102. 0%,respectively. Conclusion The two pretreatment methods are all accurate,precise,simple and fast,the results are accurate,strong applicability,and they are suitable for the determination of nickel in meats of livestock and poultry.
