摘 要:采用微波辐射的方法对某焦化厂的焦化废水原水进行降解,考察了废水的p H、初始浓度、微波辐射的时间和功率对去除COD的影响。试验结果表明:p H=9、微波功率800 W、微波辐射4 min时,COD去除率最高达到29%。在此条件下,对焦化废水进行微波处理,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析微波处理前后焦化废水中有机物组分的变化情况。结果表明,焦化废水经微波预处理后含氮杂环及其他多环有机物减少,而易生物降解的苯酚类单环有机物增多,其可生化性得到改善。Microwave irradiation method has been used for the degradation of the raw water in the coking wastewater from a coking plant. The effects of wastewater pH value,initial concentration, and microwave irradiation time and power on the COD removal are investigated. The experimental results show that when pH =9 ,microwave power 800 W, and microwave irradiation time 4 rain, the highest COD removing rate can be as high as 29%. Under these conditions, the coking wastewater is treated by microwave method. The changes of the organic components in coking wastewater before and after microwave treatment are analyzed with the combined instrument, GC-MS. The results show that nitrogen-containing heterocyclic and other polycyclic organic pollutants in coking wastewater are reduced, but the phenol single ring organics which are easy to be biodegraded, are increased. Therefore, the microwave pre- treatment of coking wastewater can improve its biodegradability.
