在妇科临床教学实践中加强肿瘤精准诊疗知识介绍的必要性

摘　　要：随着人类基因组测序和医学大数据分析技术的发展,在分子、细胞和个体水平上系统研究肿瘤生物学和病理学机制取得了进展,通过有效的转化逐渐成为肿瘤早期诊断和有效治疗的新手段。因此,对肿瘤实施精准诊疗将成为临床实践的重要内容。该文在介绍精准医学、肿瘤基因组测序、相关组学分析和遗传咨询基础上,阐述了在妇科临床教学实践中加强肿瘤精准诊疗知识介绍的必要性,建议在教材编写和临床实践中增加对妇科肿瘤精准诊疗内容的介绍。With the development of human genome sequencing and medical big data analysis technology, systematic researches on tumor biology and pathology mechanism are making progress at the level of molecules, cells and individuals, which are becoming a kind of new means of early diagnosis and effective treatment of tumors by effective transformatioin.Therefore, precision medicine for tumors will be an important part of clinical practice.Based on precision medicine, cancer genome sequencing, related omics analysis and genetic counseling, the article introduced the necessity of strengthening related knowledge of precision medicine on gynecological tumors in clinical teaching practice, and proposed to add introduction of precision medicine on gynecological tumors into textbook and clinical teaching practice.
