摘  要:目的:研究三叶茀蕨中的挥发性成分。方法:热回流提取法提取三叶茀蕨中的挥发性成分,采用GC-MS对其进行分析鉴定。结果:从三叶茀蕨挥发性成分中分析鉴定了34个化合物,并得到了其相对百分含量。结论:三叶茀蕨的挥发性成分中主要包括脂肪酸酯类化合物,并以甲酯和乙酯居多。Objective:To further reveal the chemical constituents of Polypodium hastatum, volatile components from this plant were investigated. Methods : The volatile components were extracted under reflux from the whole plant of Polypodium hastatum, and then ana- lyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. Resuhs:60 volatile components were detected and of all components detected, the structures and relative contents of 34 volatile compounds were elucidated. Conclusion:In the volatile components identified, most are fat- ty acid esters ,especially methyl and ethyl esters ,which compose the major volatile chemical constituents of Polypodium hastatum.
