摘  要:总结了物流类岗位的技能要求和知识要求,以开发基于工作过程的课程体系为思路,借鉴CDIO工程教育模式,引入"教学工厂"的概念,探讨了创设基于TF-CDIO模式的高职物流管理专业的适岗课程体系,构建物流管理专业的核心课程群的途径,提出通过建设校外真实的"教学工厂"、校内高效仿真的实验实训室,加强校内专任教师的"双师"培训,深化"教、学、做、评"一体化的教学模式,培养江苏地区物流类企业需要的人才。This paper summarizes skills and knowledge requirement of logistics jobs. With the curriculum system based on the work process development as concept, in view of CDIO engineering education mode, on account of "teaching factory", and on the basis of developing the course with work's processing. The course system matching logistics jobs based on TF-CDIO mode is built. The course group of logistics management is also established. It is proposed that by the "teaching factory" out of schools and stimulant experimental laboratory in schools should be built in order to train "double-position teachers" to deepen integrated practical teaching model with the integration of "teaching, learning, working, evaluation"and cultivate talents for logistics in Jiangsu Province.
