摘　　要：根据组织权力、行业交易规则、信任倾向以及项目复杂程度,分析工程项目组织中初始信任形成的机理,通过问卷搜集数据进行实证研究.结果表明,组织权力及行业交易规则对工程项目组织中初始信任的形成有显著影响,其影响程度受到信任倾向和项目复杂程度的调节.信任倾向会降低信任组织对利益性指标的关注程度,而项目复杂性的影响则相反.从提升工程项目伙伴组织之间初始信任的角度提出了管理策略.From the perspective of organizational power, industrial rules, deposit to trust and the project complexity, we study the mechanism of the initial trust formation of project partnership organizations in consideration of. The theoretical results are verified by a questionnaire study. The results show that organizational power and industrial rules have significant impact on initial trust formation, as trust propensity and project complexity play regulation roles. The trust propensity has a negative impact on the relationship between initial trust and economic factors, while the project complexity plays a facilitating effect on it. Based on these conclusions, some suggestions are presented to get better initial trust of project partnership organizations.
