开放式网络环境下高校知识共享行为变化及意愿模式

摘　　要：在开放式网络环境下,知识获取渠道增多,高校知识共享变得更加容易。但知识共享并不能自动实现,也不会轻而易举就产生。文章从微观层次,基于自我决定理论,深入挖掘围绕高校个体知识共享的统计特征,分析在开放式网络环境下影响其知识共享意愿的主要因素,构建模型并进行实证研究。以上海市内三所重点高校为样本进行调研并运用结构方程模型对假设进行了检验和修正。研究结果表明:网络知识的满足度可以促进高校成员知识共享的自主性,进而增强其知识共享的意愿。最后,从人类动力学角度,提出了在现代开放式网络环境下提高高校知识共享意愿的策略及建议。With the fast development of open network, it becomes easier to get knowledge and realize knowledge sharing. But knowledge sharing couldn＇t realize and come into being easily. The study on how to motivate teachers to share their knowledge is relatively few. Therefore, this paper empirically studies on knowledge sharing from the individual level of college teachers, and deeply examines the motives constraining college knowledge sharing by sample exploratory investigation based on self-determination theory. Through collecting data from three typical universities in Shanghai and using structural equation modeling, we find that Internet knowledge satisfaction will strengthen the self-motivation to realize knowledge sharing in universities. Then, according to the results, we come up with some corresponding suggestions to help improve knowledge sharing in universities.
