我国体育院校硕士研究生术科课程开设的现状调查与分析――以体育教育训练学专业为例

摘　　要：随着教育事业被重视的程度逐渐加深,我国硕士研究生的招生规模也在逐年的扩大。加上进入高学历的培养阶段,很多体育类院校把研究生培养的侧重点放在了理论阶段,而忽略了对其专项技能的培养。体育教育训练学专业作为各个体育院校研究生培养的重点专业之一,随着培养人才数量的逐年增多,一定程度上扭转了我国体育教师普遍学历偏低的现象。为了更好地配置日益紧张的教育资源,使得体育教育学专业研究生应有的专业技术技能的锻炼得到保证,通过对我国4所体育院校体育教育训练学专业研究生的课程的术科开展进行系统分析,并通过大量的文献阅读,走访访问各高校专家学者,找出我国体育院校研究生教育术科课程发展不均衡的现状,优化研究生课程结构设置,适当的增加术科课程量,保质保量地设置研究生术科课程,最终为我国体育教育训练学研究生整体教育水准的提高提供参考借鉴。With the deeper degree of attention on education career, the enrollment scale of Master Degree Candidatein in our country is growing year by year. In higher education, many sports colleges and universities have focused on the theory of the cultivation for graduate students, and neglect the cultivation of their special skills. Physical education training as one of the important majors on cultivating graduate students in sport colleges and universities, with the number of cultivating talents is increasing gradually, reverse the phenomenon that degree of Chinese PE teachers is generally low in a certain extent. In order to better deploy increasingly tense educational resources, which makes specialized technical skills of the graduate students of physical education should be guaranteed, by systematically analyzing the development of practical courses of graduate students in physical education of 4 Chinese sport colleges and universities, with reading a lot of literature,visited the experts and scholars from colleges and universities, find out the present situation that practical courses of graduate education of Chinese sports colleges and universities develop unevenly, optimizing the setting of course structure, properly increase the amount of practical courses, setting practical courses of graduate students in both quality and quantity, fanally providing a reference for improving the general education level of graduate students of Chinese physical education training major.
