摘 要:为了对杂粮干燥机选型提供必要的科学依据,针对杂粮外形尺寸特性,并以12种典型的杂粮为例,分析了3种热泵干燥机的结构、干燥工艺和对不同杂粮干燥的适用性。结果表明:热泵干燥机具有显著的节能优势。对于尺寸较大的红芸豆等适用于固定床热泵干燥机和带式热泵干燥机,而椭球形和类球形红小豆、绿豆和燕麦等适用于多级混流热泵干燥机。It is hoped to provide necessary scientific basis for coarse cereals heat pump dryer selection. Taking 12 typical coarse cerealsshape and size as simple, structure, drying technologies and the applicability for different of three kinds of heat pump dryersgrain were analyzed. Results showed that heat pump drying has remarkable advantages in energy saving. Fixed bed heat pump dryer and bean heat pump dryer were suitable for kidney coarse cereals such as red kidney bean, and so on, muhi-stage mixed- flow heat pump dryer was suitable for ellipsoid and spherical coarse cereals such as red bean, mung bean and oats, and so on.
