贵州高校少数民族教师心理健康素质比较研究

摘　　要：目的:以心理健康素质的观点研究贵州高校少数民族教师心理健康基本情况并把握其最新动态。方法:以自编问卷"大学教师心理调查表"为主要工具对贵州7所高校269名教师进行调查研究。结果:"大学教师心理问卷"各项指标均达到要求;硕士学历教师的自我控制水平高于博士与本科学历;汉族教师随着教龄的增加人际交往能力不断提高;布依族男性教师健康水平高于女性教师;汉族和布依族教师的心理健康素质随着教龄的增加呈现稳步上升的趋势,而苗族和土家族教师则随着教龄增加出现明显的下降趋势;47-48岁是高校教师心理健康素质发展的一个最高点。Objective： To study the present situation on the mental health diathesis of university teachers from the minority in Gnizhou . Method： the mental health diathesis questionnaire on university teachers was applied to survey 269 students from seven universities. Result： Every index of the questionnaire had reach the standard of psychometrics. In the self-control capacity , the score of master is more than doctor and bachelor, There is a gradually rise from the ethnic Han in the interpersonal skills, and the score of male is more than female in the mental health. The score of the Han and Buyi is rise always, but the inverse is true among the Miao and Tujia. At the age of 47 and 48, there is a significant peak oft the developmem of memal health diathesis of all university teachers.
